VBAC Planning Session

Service Description

Have you had a cesarean and are beginning to plan for or are already pregnant and considering having a VBAC? Meet with Melissa for a private session and find out if vaginal birth after cesarean is right for you. The session will cover:  - Your birthing history  - Evidenced based information regarding VBAC - Learning the difference between VBAC tolerant and VBAC supportive  - Statistics for your local hospital and providers  - What to expect when having a VBAC  - Learn the birthing lingo!  - Answering questions and concerns We encourage spouses and other birthing support people to attend this session as well. Melissa is a birth doula based in Connecticut who has attended over 300 births, with 71 of them being clients who hired her for their VBAC experience (65 of which went onto have vaginal births).  Her knowledge surrounding the process is unmatched in our area and during this session she's willing to share some of her tips and tricks with you.
