I own and teach HypnoBirthing® classes through Central Connecticut HypnoBirthing.
 
You will learn about the unique HypnoBirthing® philosophy; common practices surrounding labor and birth and how to minimize non-medically necessary interventions; techniques for labor and birth; and how the body and mind work harmoniously using natural birthing instincts. Families leave feeling prepared, empowered, and excited for birth.
 
Central CT HypnoBirthing® is conveniently located in Manchester, CT. Easily accessible from anywhere in Connecticut and Southern Massachusetts. Our classes are held in a light airy, large loft space, allowing for families to spread out, while still feeling cozy. Our group classes are small and intimate, and we offer healthy refreshments each time you come. In addition to HypnoBirthing® education, we have partnered with Birth Tribe to also offer companion classes in fetal positioning, breastfeeding, and newborn care in the same location.

The cost of our childbirth courses includes your birth companion, textbook, audio, course pack, and ongoing email and phone support.​ You won't find this anywhere else.
